Hello all! I’ve had a mini-hiatus from blogging the past few weeks but I’m back with a whole load of autumn posts up my sleeve which I’m hoping will be with you before 2014 is out.
I wanted to share (in case you haven’t seen it) the short film ‘The Runners’ which was released a year ago but has recently gone viral – and rightly so. The cameramen talk to runners in Victoria Park, possibly my favourite green space in London, trying to engage what’s going through their mind at that moment.
What the filmmakers capture brilliantly is how running can make you really feel alive and act as a release for whatever is going on in your life. The runners who share their stories are all so personal & honest, and to see them share so openly what or who they’re running for is really inspiring.
So here’s the film, I hope you enjoy it!
